A Hybrid working model

What does a Transcreation Account Manager do at Hogarth?
We are looking for a pioneering, innovative transcreation account manager to further inspire our clients and agency partners to deliver the marketing campaign of tomorrow and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

Manage translation projects briefed by the client

Receive and assess briefs, share queries, costs and timelines

Brief ex1ernal freelance talent and assist through project

Manage client translation approval including receiving and implementing amends
-
Maintain Translation Memories - update to capture client feedback/preferences and ensure consistency on a project-by-project basis

Delivering approved assets to client
-
Day to day contact for agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments

Coordination between Account/Transcreation Management and client

Respond to information requests from the Senior Transcreation Account Manager or Senior Account Director

Strive to better client and stakeholder relations

Handle all aspects of translation work related to campaigns from planning through to delivery

Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand

Highlight and escalate quality control issues

Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for client approval
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Senior Transcreation Manager (STAM).
You will work closely with Production Teams (internal), and Creative– and Media Agencies.
The Senior Account Director (SAD) sits on the leadership team, covering the HQ offices and is accountable for all team members.
Requirements

Experience of working in a Translation, Transcreation or Localisation role.

Experience using CAT Tools
-
High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets

Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
-
Resilience and ability to work under pressure
-
Fluent oral and written English essential, at least one other language warmly recommended

Strong interpersonal skills
-
Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of
-
international brand challenges
-
Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple
stakeholders desirable

Some experience supporting print, digital or video production projects
-
Strong numeracy skills
