๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ (Project-based) who will play a key role in managing ramp and bulk hiring, particularly for creative roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance volume hiring with quality talent delivery.

โข Lead end-to-end ramp and bulk hiring initiatives across multiple roles and timelines
โข Drive hiring for Designers / Graphic Artists and other creative roles (experience in this area is a strong advantage)
โข Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, timelines, and role requirements
โข Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and creative communities
โข Manage high-volume candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
โข Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
โข Track hiring progress, provide regular updates, and ensure roles are closed within agreed SLAs
โข Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies

โข Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a senior capacity
โข Strong background in ramp or bulk hiring
โข Experience hiring Designers / Graphic Artists or other creative roles is a plus
โข Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
โข Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
โข Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
