YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The Social & Content Specialist is the creative engine for the social production pods dedicated to a major CPG client, partnering closely with the Social Creative Strategy Director and fellow Creative resources.
The primary focus of the role is to drive social creative for planned Always-On (BAU) content and campaign requirements for relevant brands aligned to the shared Pods. This involves translating social insights and trends into innovative, platform-native content strategies.
You will be both a creative producer and brand guardian, converting cultural intelligence into calendars, scripts, and precise creative briefs for our Creator bench. You will oversee creative development, ensuring every piece of content maintains brand integrity, feels fresh, relevant, and platform-native, leading to 12+ weekly asset deliveries. You'll brief Creators and Designers, provide creative oversight during shoots, and act as the quality gatekeeper for our 6 rotating creators.
The secondary focus of the role is to leverage your advanced craft capabilities for high-value Out-of-Scope (OOS) opportunities and special projects. This includes hands-on videography, expert art direction oversight, and leading post-production editing oversight. You will champion innovation and quality through direct production expertise, elevating our most impactful creative ventures and contributing to overall creative excellence.
Specifically, this role will contribute to creative concepting and ideation, translating insights into actionable creative for BAU and campaigns. You’ll brief and direct creators to align content with strategy, provide guidance on platform optimisation, and partner with the Social & Content Lead on performance learnings to refine creative.
Please note - this role will be an 11-month Max Term contract to Dec 2026.
