Role Summary:
If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and effecting change you will love this role. You will serve as the primary point of contact for leading global beauty brand during the transition phase, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and Hogarth’s team. This role will regional coordination, specifically leading communications across diverse markets and drive alignment on project deliverables.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Project Management & Governance
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end transition process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met
- Establish regional governance frameworks to maintain consistency and compliance across SAPMENA markets
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve project challenges and risks.
- Track progress against KPIs and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Manage internal and external resources to optimize efficiency and outcomes
- Oversee timeline tracking, project and change management
- Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, presentation materials (PPT)and meeting cadences
- Coordinate and oversee Tech & Tools workstream with Global IT and Hogarth Teams
- Communicate with local markets and follow up with stakeholders
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central liaison between client and regional team in Hogarth
- Oversee communication efforts in each market being onboarded, ensuring transparency and engagement
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders with client, Hogarth, and local market teams
- Implement a robust communication plan to keep all parties informed of progress, decisions, and impacts
- Organize and lead regular project meetings, ensuring actionable takeaways and follow-ups
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders promptly and effectively
Alignment & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Hogarth Regional and Offshore team to ensure shared goals and deliverables
- Facilitate the alignment of client’s processes and systems with Hogarth’s operations
- Identify and implement best practices for managing transitions and multi-market projects
