What does a insert job title do at Hogarth?
We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery on work.
You’ll act as the lynchpin between all departments, ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget and that all relevant stakeholders are satisfied with the work.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the Shopper Lead
You will work closely with the internal Production and Client teams.
Requirements:
- Managing projects from brief through to delivery, including social, website content, digital advertising and video, TV, print, radio campaigns, as well as extensions of global platform ideas, and in some cases, the delivery of cross-channel campaigns for local brands
- An authority during stressful moments, able to communicate campaign priorities to relevant people
- Liaising directly with clients on your projects and have excellent client facing skills
- Developing strong relationships within the agency at every level
- On top of end-to-end delivery of your projects
- Organising and running creative/wider team meetings, and ensuring approvals/creative sign offs for the best quality work
- Working ad hoc on creative projects such as art buying, image sourcing, talent sourcing e.g. photographers/animators etc.
- Developing timing plans for your projects and managing all budgets
Skills:
- Experience working with Senior and Executive management at the agency and with clients
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and relationships cross functionally
- Commercially focused with a passion for delivering and exceeding results
- The ability to thrive in an ever changing and dynamic work environment
- An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring flawless creative execution
- Use of own initiative and to work autonomously
- Strong communicator
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
