主な役割

プリントプロジェクトマネージャーは、弊社が担当する大手FMCG(日用消費財)クライアントのプロモーション・キャンペーンの企画や制作(主に店頭MD)に関するプロデュースやプロジェクトマネジメントをメイン業務とします。制作にあたっては正確で迅速そして高品質な作業が求められますが、タイトなスケジュールの中で要求される様々なプレッシャーに負けない精神力も同時に求められます。

責任範囲1. クライアントからのブリーフを正確に理解し、社内外のステークホルダーとともに制作物を企画・提案・進行する2. 制作チームへのディレクション3. 印刷会社との連携4. プロジェクトの予算・スケジュール管理

求められる能力と経験1. 広告代理店、広告制作会社、印刷会社で営業・ディレクター・プロジェクトマネジャーとして制作進行管理の経験5年以上2. 印刷、ビジュアル撮影、カラーレタッチの制作に関する十分な知識3. 優れたチームプレーヤーであり、プレッシャーのもとで正確に作業でき、トレーニングを通したスキルアップにも積極的であること4. 規定に従ったグラフィック制作とチェックプロセスへの順守と改善提案ができること5. 創造的で柔軟性があり、業務への情熱と前向きな姿勢を持ち続けられること6. タイトな納期に対応できる作業スピードを持ち、要求の厳しいクリエイティブおよびプロダクション環境で働く能力があること7. 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル8. 日本語のネイティブスピーカーであること

歓迎される能力と経験1. Adobe InDesign、Illustrator、Photoshopなどデザインソフトの実務経験2. 英語力 (基本的な会話やドキュメンテーションの解読力)
