Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and cross-functional teams to ideate, create, and execute groundbreaking creative campaigns across digital, social, and emerging channels.
  • Actively explore and leverage AI-powered design tools, creative automation, and emerging tech to enhance creative output, optimize workflows, and push the boundaries of what’s creatively possible.
  • Confidently present and articulate design concepts and strategic thinking to senior stakeholders, and clients.
  • Foster rapid, agile creative processes, encouraging experimentation and quick iterative solutions to creative challenges.
  • Lead creative discussions, mentor junior designers, and cultivate a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with project managers to balance innovation with practical timelines, always delivering high-impact, scalable creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in design and art direction within creative, or advertising environments.
  • Proven leadership in creative team management, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI-driven tools, automation platforms, or generative design techniques into the creative process.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, exceptional design execution, and adaptability across advertising, branding, social media, digital, motion graphics, and video.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and staying ahead of creative and tech trends.
  • Creative problem solver with a knack for agile and efficient solutioning.
