The Role:

Senior Content Production Manager works closely with client’s Image Producer and agency Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within the client’s website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability in CEMEA. The role also supports the language creative team with “buckets of content” and versions of photography. The Senior Content Production Manager works closely with the client Image Producer and coordinates with Cross Functional teams, Creative Director & Business Affairs to choose content for any new project including apps, music, movies, and TV shows and podcasts. The position works closely with agency Content Studio in Geo to execute all required screen versions necessary for projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a team of CPM’s in collaboration with, and support of, the client Image Producer
  • Take strategic direction from client Image Producer on localization strategy for each project and liaise with client Functional Producers to align on deadline
  • Work with client Image Producer and agency studio to plan resourcing and manage prioritization
  • Gather screengrabs, assets and construct briefs to request asset creation from Geo Content Studio for new screens to be built
  • Lead projects and direct team to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Actively balance the work of multiple projects, assignments, and launches in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
  • Work with the CPM team to input and/or lead on documentation and training
  • Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery
  • Develop deep proficiency in iOS & OS Software and able to build a deep knowledge of and use our client’s products
  • Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured
  • Route loose Cross Functional imagery for approval
  • Fulfil image requests from various functional teams
  • Communicate with Worldwide Image Producers for WW requests, project information and transferring of assets
  • Work with Business Affairs to utilize 3rd party assets relevant to the (insert region/country) market
  • Work with WW Digital Asset Managers to transfer launch assets to long-term Digital Asset system
  • Manage Geo asset database and maintain and organize an archive of previous jobs
  • Manage and train additional new members of the CPM team
  • Learn and understand the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localization and convert it to a brief for the Content Studio and graphic production team
  • Plan, manage, and track the content localization of assets throughout the production process and agency studio to ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage the staging and organization of final assets on servers including clear handoff matrices for functional teams
  • QC final deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery
  • Work with the global SME and GEO CPMs to enhance process and implement efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with the lead Image Producer to plan job distribution on a monthly and quarterly basis

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at design firm, ad agency or interactive shop
  • Proficiency in iOS and OS software is a must
  • Demonstrable experience managing or leading a team of Project/Content Production Managers
  • Flexible, creative, tech-savvy, solution-oriented individual with experience in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop
  • Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including web site builds, POS, Motion Graphics and email marketing
  • Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative, and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-18:00 framework and occasionally on weekends
  • Must be able to travel internationally 20-25% of the time, often for 3-4 weeks at a time
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal, is a prerequisite
  • Understanding of the CEMEA markets
