What does a Content Manager do at WPP Production?

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our team and work with international clients on the creation of high-quality digital assets. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and configuring emails, banners, and other digital content using web-based content builder tools, translating Figma designs into functional and accurate executions. You will apply basic HTML and CSS adjustments, ensure content quality through thorough reviews, and manage assets in an organized and efficient way. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of design, content, and technology.

Main Activities 

  • Content Assembly: Build and configure digital assets (emails, banners among others) using web-based content builder tools.
  • Design Implementation: Translate Figma design files into functional units by selecting components, dragging and dropping elements, and adjusting properties to match specifications. 
  • Code Adjustment: Apply basic HTML and CSS modifications to control layout and styling (e.g., padding, divs, tables) to ensure visual accuracy. 
  • Quality Assurance: Verify that assembled content matches the source design and functions correctly before hand-off. 
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage content components methodically within the tool to ensure efficiency. 

Requirements

  • Experience working with digital content builders, CMS, or email authoring tools. 
  • Familiarity with Figma (inspecting layers, properties, and exporting assets). 
  • Functional knowledge of HTML (understanding structure, tables, divs) and CSS properties. 
  • Highly organized and methodical with keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new proprietary web-based tools. 
  • Full-time onsite availability during the first three months (from 09:30 to 19:00hr)

Desirable: 

  • Experience specifically with email rendering or dynamic banner tools. 
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
