As part of the Global Team, your role is central to support your account team colleagues and clients. You will need strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of Hogarth processes and be responsible for support managing projects from brief to final delivery in collaboration with other departments. You will be client focused and require good communication, organisation and time management skills to manage your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability. 

 

The Role

  • Day to day contact for agency / client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
  • Coordination between Project Management, Production Teams, client and third party agencies
  • Respond to requests from the Senior Account Manager or Account Directors
  • Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (wider team both in the UK and Globally)
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery as relevant, maintaining the highest quality and standards
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the client brands
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues as necessary
  • Distribute contact reports and agendas as relevant
  • Manage agreed budgets and associated administration
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the agreed Rate Card
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function.

Requirements

  • Support the AD in supplying client management information and reporting
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
