What does an Account Executive Intern do at Hogarth?
You will be handling client-facing duties, account management responsibilities, assist in project management processes to deliver projects effectively.
- Assist in managing projects by working closely with creative team, studio, AV or vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet briefs/expectations
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks
- Prepare project status reports and updates for external and internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to both account management and project management functions as needed
- Be a part of a dynamic team and learn how to deliver campaigns for major brands
- Gain valuable insights and understanding of the processes involved with real live projects and mentorship from experienced leaders
Who are we looking for:
- Possesses great interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with different stakeholders
- Someone who loves to problem solve with creative and critical thinking
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree and is keen in the advertising space
- Able to commence in May/June ( 3 or 6 months internship period)
