Account Executive (1 year contract)
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
A Hybrid working model
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
The Role:
As an Account Executive, you are the central point of coordination for our integrated team across Singapore and Malaysia. You are responsible for the seamless flow of work between our account leads, our creative teams in both locations, and our production specialists. Someone who values "clarity over comfort" and thrives on operational precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Hub Coordination: Act as the daily driver for projects sitting across Singapore and Malaysia. Ensure that briefs are clear, resources are aligned, and both teams are working toward the same deadline.
- Integrated Project Management: Support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across Digital, Social, and Print. Manage the "how" so the creative teams can focus on the "what."
- Quality & Brand Integrity: Perform rigorous quality assurance on all assets. Whether the creative comes from Singapore or Malaysia, you are responsible for ensuring every deliverable is technically perfect and follows brand guidelines.
- Financial & Admin Ownership: Own the commercial hygiene of your projects. This includes managing Cost Estimates, tracking Client POs, and ensuring timely project reconciliation.
- Workflow Discipline: Enforce the use of standardized briefing procedures and project management tools to improve communication and coordination between the two hubs.
What we are looking for
- 1+ Year Agency Experience: You understand the lifecycle of a creative project and are comfortable working with diverse teams.
- High Operational Rigor: You are organized, detail-oriented, and don't let small errors slip through.
- Direct Communication: You provide factual, clear updates. You don't hide behind "corporate speak"—you solve problems by being direct.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with remote teams and managing the logistics of a dual-country setup.
