The Role

We are looking for an experienced client-facing Account Director who can lead and deliver key strategic projects for our clients, working closely with our clients and our media partners. 

With a sharp focus on data-driven and technology enabled content, we need an individual with solid experience in delivering highly complex projects and an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the addressable content production process, including its role within the Digital Advertising ecosystem.

Key Project Delivery Responsibilities

The role will be versatile, diverse and embrace all areas of integrated creative, production and media activation and will consist in:    

  • Supporting the Addressable Content Team’s efforts in the region
  • Helping to refine and clarify, and interpret client briefs​
  • Working closely with Project Management to ensure excellence in delivery
  • Coordinating all relevant parties and leveraging the Hogarth production hubs (Digital, Social and Video), clients and agencies
  • Operating a single point of contact externally for key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery​
  • Monitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
  • Evaluating campaign learnings to inform future efforts and growth opportunities

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless creative production capabilities across GroupM and non-WPP agencies and Hogarth's direct clients 
  • Grow our partnership business through excellence in execution and delivery
  • Build key relationships across external and internal clients 
  • Work closely with your counterparts to build a truly global practice, exchanging learnings and best practices where possible
  • Drive integrated content solutions that leverage our scale & our expertise

Financial Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue to meet targets agreed with the MD on an ongoing basis
  • Keep the MD informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts
  • Audit profitability and deliverables against resource levels
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects, leveraging people, resources and technology
  • Deep knowledge of how data and technology can power creative and production
  • A drive to showcase the importance of creative content in the context of advertising initiatives across all media, both traditional and addressable 
  • Solid experience managing global clients and with multiple stakeholders 
  • A track record in identifying addressable content opportunities and driving growth across a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
  • A quality and delivery focused personality 
  • A Self-starter, adaptable and team oriented
  • A conflict resolver, if / when required

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Global Growth Lead. You will also work closely with the Global Managing  Director and Global Head of Product. The role will be primarily based at our Sea Containers House office in London.
