A Hybrid working model

What does Account Director do at Hogarth?
You’ll be working with a highly effective client services team delivering inspirational creative for one of the top 4 global professional services brands which leads in areas such as management consultancy, advisory services, taxation, assurance. As such you’ll be supported by the senior team and be provided the opportunity to work with clients who are helping businesses solve tough business issues as far ranging as sustainability, social, cultural impact of businesses and organisations as well as thought leadership around emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain and cyber security.
This is a truly 360 account. You’ll be working on creative origination and creative expansion across video, display, digital innovation, experiential, print, podcasts and internal comms.
As part of the Global Team, your role is central to support your account team colleagues and clients. You will need strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of Hogarth processes, you will lead and be responsible for managing projects from brief to final delivery in collaboration with other departments. You will be client focused and require good communication, organisation and time management skills to manage your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the 2 Business Directors leading the account
You will work closely with Account Manager, Account Directors within the Client Services team for this account, you also work with creative resourcing and creative teams, to define and develop scopes and estimates for projects, managing the briefing and implementation of projects.
You will be accountable for the profitability of assigned projects and associated resourcing, working with Finance where appropriate, reviews and inputs into monthly billing and tracking of all assigned production budgets. An understanding of the contractual obligations and commercial arrangements across assigned projects and ensure specific details are understood by the broader team
- 9+ years of related experience within a creative agency environment with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and production implementation processes across all key channels, including digital, video, content, social,
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience and ability to work under pressure,
- Ability to engage with a wide, and often very senior, stakeholder base
- A passion for creativity
- B2B/Professional services experience would be beneficial
