Trainee Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Support to the Accounts Department in the daily management with clients.
- Support in the preparation of client budgets.
- Assisting in the development of briefs.
- Ensuring that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing.
- Preparation and presentation of the agency's proposals to the client.
- Assisting in the coordination, on time and on budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign.
- Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project.
- Support in the coordination of the execution of the campaigns.
- Support in the production of the different pieces of a campaign with the creative department.
- Help in the coordination with the administration department.
Requirements
- Student in the end year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies or related Master's degree.
- Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school.
- High level of English (C1 or bilingual).
- Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset.
