Responsabilities:

  • Participate in the full selection and onboarding process for internship programs.
  • Provide support to managers in defining profiles and key competencies for each vacancy.
  • Participate in posting and promoting job opportunities across different channels.
  • Collaborate in active search and talent attraction through various sources.
  • Conduct initial screenings and manage first contact with candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support assessments, evaluations, and candidate follow‑up throughout the process.
  • Contribute to preparing job offers and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Keep the talent database updated and ensure proper management of all information.
  • Contribute to identifying new talent sources, including relationships with universities and employer branding activities (networking, presentations, career fairs, etc.).

Requierements: 

  • Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within Advertising, Production, Marketing, or related environments.
  • Interest and ability to work with various digital platforms and ATS tools.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and agility, with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Interest in both global and local recruiting.
